Robyn Ruppert, Financial and Treatment Coordinator, joined Serene Oaks in 2018. After starting her professional life as a registered Dental Hygienist, Robyn has spent the majority of her career in treatment advisory and office manager roles at premier dental offices around the Twin Cities. She also spent some time consulting with dental offices throughout the upper Midwest regarding ways to improve the front office and clinical patient experience. When Robyn is not spending time with patients, she enjoys honing her hygiene skills on her dog Montana, a less than willing, but easy-to-schedule patient, and spending time with her children, husband, and their two cats.
Jessi Andersen joined the Serene Oaks Dental team in November of 2017. With her many years of customer service experience and a lifelong love of trips to the dentist, she hopes to elevate the experience our patients have here at Serene Oaks Dental.
Jessi has her Associate of Arts degree from Century College. She then continued her education at Inver Hills Community college to receive her paralegal certification. She loves to learn, and admires Dr. Horn and Dr. Loween for their dedication to continuing education for themselves and the team!
She resides in Forest Lake with her family. Some of her favorites are reading, fitness, beaches, travel, baking, anything outdoors, and cheering on her little athletes!

What Sarah loves most about working at Serene Oaks Dental is the high quality of care that we deliver to our patients. “I have always valued quality over quantity and have found the perfect place to work alongside other like-minded people. I am constantly learning and growing as a dental assistant thanks to the support and continuing education our doctors provide us”.

“Everyone here is so passionate about dentistry, and the focus always remains on the patient. Dr. Horn and Dr. Loween always strive to provide the best dental care by learning what their patient’s health goals are, and providing optimal care to get them there.”
Ashley and her husband Cliff live in Blaine with their three boys Blake, Brody, and Blair who are all very active in sports. She enjoys spending time with her family at the cabin, watching and cheering on her boys in all their activities, being outdoors, running, reading, and enjoying a good cup of coffee from Caribou!
‘‘When I arrive, I always know that the staff has my best interest at heart and they care about my health. They are always pleasant and make sure my issues are resolved in the best way possible, and pain-free. I am not one who enjoys going to the dentist, but they always make me feel like it is a good thing. Thanks everyone!
