‘‘I cannot think of another dentist who genuinely cares about their patients. My family has been using Serene Oaks Dental for many years. They are great with both kids and adults and sensitive to working through any anxiety issues.’’
Amy, Actual Patient
That depends. When our new patient coordinator talks to the patient on the phone, she tries to ask key questions to determine what type of dental needs this patient needs or wants. A lot of times the patient may be suffering from periodontal disease and then it becomes more difficult to schedule with the hygienist. If it seems that the patient is very healthy and has been going to the dentist regularly, we may be able to bring them in through a hygienist and they would get a cleaning at the new patient visit.
